Awana Together It’s a unique faith building ministry for kids and their parents (or other key adults like grandparents) that helps families learn how to follow Jesus in everyday life. Each week provides a space for families to connect, have fun, and explore.
What do Awana Together nights include?
WORSHIP: all ages joined together
CONNECT: age-specific programming
BLESS: a final send-off for all the families
What happens during the age-specific programming?
Kids will break into small groups by age: nursery, PreK 3+, K-3rd grade, and Club 45 (4th & 5th grade). New this year during Kids Time, all our kids will dive into God’s Word using Awana Brite. Each month, we’ll explore a new theme. For example, September’s theme is Masterpiece: God Gives Us Hope! Every week, the Bible is read, heard, and connected to Jesus in ways kids can understand in their own lives. The goal is to help kids confidently know:
- I believe in Jesus.
- I’m becoming more like Him.
- I belong to Him forever.
And, as always with Awana, kids will have fun with games, crafts, STEM, and other activities that help them connect with each other, their leaders, and God.
During the Parent/Caregiver Time, adults will connect, pray, get into God’s Word, and build practical skills to help them love, lead, and disciple the kids in their lives…walking with their kids in their faith journey as they grow in their own faith.
Awana meets Wednesday nights starting Sept 25 from 6:15pm-7:45pm. We will not meet on Oct 16, Nov 27, and Dec 18 and 25. Cost: $25/family.
