This Sunday we have the immense privilege of celebrating two great journeys. We’ll gather with the Church worldwide and celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem on this special Palm Sunday. Palm Sunday is the inauguration of Holy Week for the global Church, our family. It begins our journey to the upper room, to the cross, and then to Easter!
What’s more, Sunday we’ll celebrate the baptism of one of our own! As the early followers of Jesus cheered when Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the donkey, we will cheer when this loved one emerges from the waters of baptism. New life! Born again!
And I hope you’re praying about whom you might invite to Easter Sunday. Just a reminder! We will worship that day with two services online and in-person: 9AM and 10:30AM.
If you haven’t been back to Faith yet this spring, we can’t wait to see you!
No better time than Easter to come back home to Faith!
See you Sunday!
