Welcome to a nebulous area that I like to call “Being Between Sermon Series.” This means that I have the privilege of sharing a message from the heart on Sunday! I’m looking forward to delving into… Exodus 32!

 

Isn’t the story about the Israelites and the golden calf? Yes, yes it is.

 

If it seems out of context for where we’ve been lately, it is, and that’s ok. This is just a part of the Exodus narrative that has always grabbed my attention. I think this story says a lot about who we are as people, especially when in relationship with God. There’s so much to dig into, and we’re only going to scratch the surface.

 

I invite you to read the chapter in advance if you’d like, and come prepared with questions. We will be doing a Q/A afterwards. I look forward to sharing with you on Sunday!
