You’ll never believe what God’s word just told me! You have to hear this!
You have a precious work of art in your home, and you may not even know it! I know! Crazy, right?! God’s word doesn’t lie, though! Don’t worry. You don’t have to climb into the attic to find it. Where is it? The masterpiece is reading these words right now! That’s right! You are the masterpiece, and the people in your family and church are works of art made by the same Artist!
With God’s artistry in mind, then, each of us has an opportunity. We get to live as if the people around us are creatively called and capable of living out the very purpose for which God made us. Good news! You and your family are creatively called and capable.
Because of this great, good news, this Sunday is a great Sunday to invite the young people in your life to hear the story of God’s masterwork in them. Every child and every child at heart longs for the world to hear, “See the art in me!”
