There are so many reasons to be excited about this weekend at Faith Covenant!
First, Saturday night is our Faith Makes History Capital Campaign Dinner! Thank you—truly—to all of you who have already signed up. Dinner will begin promptly at 5 PM, so consider arriving a few minutes early to hang up your coat and settle in before the festivities begin. This will be a special night for our whole church family to gather, share a meal, and prayerfully commit to investing in the next chapter of our church’s renovation vision. If you’re unable to attend, don’t worry—we’ll share on Sunday how you can still participate.
Second, if you haven’t heard the news yet, the Leadership Team has joyfully approved a tithe—10% of all funds raised through the Faith Makes History Campaign—to support local and global needs beyond our walls. This weekend, we’ll celebrate the good news of where that tithe is going!
Third, Sunday morning will be a beautiful day of worship as we welcome seven new members into the Faith family, celebrate the Lord’s Supper together, explore the richness of Jesus the Son’s relationship with the Father, and share an update on how much has been raised for the campaign so far.
There is so much happening in the life of our church this weekend. I pray you will join me in being a part of Faith making history!
