Faith,

What’s on your site-seeing bucket list?

Think. Think. Think.

I’ve seen the Grand Canyon. Words are not enough!

I’ve seen the Eiffel Tower! Pretty cool.

I’ve seen Van Gogh’s Starry Night. Blown away!

I’ve seen my children baptized. Now we’re getting somewhere!

I’ve seen my dear wife praying with our grandkids! Now we’re talking!

I’ve seen my grandkids praying with my dear wife! Priceless!

But there’s one thing alone that my heart and your heart most long to see–God.

But how? Isn’t God invisible? Jesus points the way:

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God” (Matthew 5:8).

“Hmmm…not helpful, Pastor. I do not have a pure heart!”

I get it! Often, people see that verse and get discouraged, so this Sunday, we’re going to unpack two questions:

  • What is a pure heart?

  • What is it to see God?

We will also thank God for allowing people like you and me to see His beauty this Thanksgiving season!

I hope to see you Sunday!

In Christ alone,
Pastor Brad
