Church, we began an important journey last Sunday. We’re now on the third and final leg of our summer journey focusing on HOME, and this leg gets personal. After a broad overview of what healing IS and is NOT last week (thanks Kavan!), this week’s focus is on Relational Healing.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve got other people in my life. Real people. Imperfect people. EGR (Extra Grace Required) people. Myself included! My first ministry mentor shared this with me as I began my pastoral journey, and I’ve certainly found it to be true:
People. Are. Messy.
Beautiful, loving, fun, challenging, life-giving, frustrating, energizing, and messy. All wrapped up together. And we are called to one thing: LOVE.
