Faith,
As we head into this second week of Advent I’m so excited to introduce us into the Holy Family! While many might call Christianity a religion, it is far better to understand what we believe in the context of an eternal, loving family. In fact, this very month is all about a family that had a baby–a baby like none other. But the family had the baby to create a family like none other. And this family is our family. This week we’re going to get to know the Dad in the family. Yep! Jesus had a Father, and His Father is our Father–not some generic higher power, but a real Dad, an Abba, a Papa.
