Every year, Christians around the world commemorate the start of the Lenten season, Ash Wednesday, with ashes in the sign of a cross on their foreheads. The ashes remind us that “from dust we are, and to dust we will return,” even as we place our HOPE in the death & resurrection of Christ. If you are not able to join us for our Ash Wednesday service but would like to be blessed with ashes, you can drive to the Circle Drive, Noon to 1 PM, and Pastor Char will bless you with ashes.
